We are seeking a full time attorney to attend scheduled will days.NO case load.Admission to the NYS Bar for no less than five (3) years is required, and be in good standing.Retirees are welcome!Duties & Responsibilities:- Attend will signing event days at various locations on Long Island.
- Draft and review wills.
Requirements:- Juris Doctor
- Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws.
- Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence.
