Attorney - Civil Litigation We are seeking an Attorney with a civil litigation focus to join a well-established law firm in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will handle litigation matters from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and appearing in court. You will work with partners and support staff to move cases forward efficiently. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in Oregon, has experience in civil litigation, and strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
