SummaryThe Application Developer works with the existing technical team, to design, build and support software applications that support our internal business model. This role requires a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, strong technical expertise with precise technical problem-solving skills. Professional communication skills and project management experience are required. Knowledge of Salesforce is essential, and/or Tableau this position also requires coding skills such as SQL, Java, and experience with web-driven technologies for various internal data driven applications and external client-facing applications.
Responsibilities- Design, code, test, and deploy applications according to business and technical requirements.
- Develop new processes and workflows in Salesforce Lightning.
- Assist with QA work, such as code reviews and data testing.
- Ability to work within an Agile environment, provide and accurately communicate updates as part of the project management process.
- Maintain existing applications and provide support for users when needed.
- Ensure documentation is created and accurate for all development procedures.
- Review applications for security and validate they are scalable and aligned with best practices.
- Approach technical problems with creativity, innovation and flexibility.
- Adaptability when analyzing logic to research all resources for a variety of solutions.
- Attention to detail and when developing and communicating with coworkers.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years in application development and systems integration
- Salesforce development
- Experience in SQL and web-driven technologies
- Knowledge of Agile principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
