THE POSITION
Goldberg Segalla has an opportunity for an Associate to join our growing Employment and Labor practice in our Philadelphia office. The Employment and Labor group works together collaboratively to counsel employers proactively, guide them through compliance issues, and defend them in litigation.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience practicing before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Public Employment Relations Board, as well as in State and Federal Court. Qualified candidates will also have experience handling a range of employment litigation, including but not limited to employment discrimination, wage and hour issues, and restrictive covenants in employment agreements. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in employment and labor law. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
