Full Job Description
The Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for leading the organization's quality assurance, compliance, and process improvement functions across all operational areas. This role oversees process review activities, manages review staff and initiatives, identifies operational risks and opportunities, and drives continuous improvement through data analysis, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Quality & Compliance Manager partners with Operations, Field Leadership, Dispatch, Training, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent execution of company processes, maintain operational compliance, improve quality standards, and achieve organizational performance objectives. This position serves as a strategic resource for identifying trends, implementing corrective actions, and improving operational effectiveness throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the company's process review, compliance, and quality assurance programs.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Process Review Specialists and other assigned team members.
  • Establish review methodologies, audit standards, performance metrics, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor organizational performance trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with operational leadership to address process deficiencies and compliance concerns.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts related to quality issues, customer complaints, billing discrepancies, operational errors, and process breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to implement process enhancements and standardize best practices across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, audit schedules, and executive reporting tools.
  • Review process inquiries from the Business Development team and assist with issue resolution and conflict management.
  • Present audit findings, trends, compliance metrics, and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Conduct site visits, operational assessments, and field audits as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, employee, and financial information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, Automotive Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, quality assurance, compliance, auditing, process improvement, automotive services, or related operational leadership roles.
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience with Advanced Drivers Assistant Systems required.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of operational workflows, compliance standards, quality assurance methodologies, and process improvement principles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and developing employees.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and drive organizational change.
  • Experience conducting operational audits, file reviews, compliance assessments, or quality reviews.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and reporting tools.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and performance reporting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
