Job Description
We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an
Assurance Manager to join the team in our
Dallas office in a hybrid capacity.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Serve as the engagement lead on client accounts
- Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
- Develop detailed engagement work plans
- Prepare budgets and participate in engagement scheduling
- Actively participate in proposals
- Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
- Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership
YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have:- 5+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
- SEC & PCAOB experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required
- CPA licensure required
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX preferred
- Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
