We are seeking a strategic, growth-oriented leader to help accelerate the market expansion, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and solution innovation efforts for our Process Automation practice. This role will play a key part in driving growth across our intelligent automation portfolio, with a primary focus on ServiceNow, Appian, Pega, and emerging automation platforms.

As a key leader within the Process Automation practice, you will collaborate with sales, alliances, delivery, and executive stakeholders to expand market presence, strengthen strategic partnerships, develop differentiated offerings, and help clients achieve meaningful business outcomes through automation and digital transformation initiatives.

This role blends growth strategy, business development, alliance management, solution development, and client advisory capabilities. Success will be measured through contributions to revenue growth, pipeline development, market expansion, partner engagement, solution innovation, and client value realization.

Responsibilities

Support and Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) Initiatives
  • Collaborate with practice leadership, sales teams, and alliance partners to execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and client adoption of Process Automation solutions.
  • Help align offerings with evolving market demands across workflow automation, low-code platforms, AI-enabled automation, and enterprise transformation initiatives.


Identify Growth Opportunities
  • Evaluate market trends, client challenges, industry developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for service expansion, new offerings, industry penetration, and revenue growth.


Support Strategic Sales Pursuits and Deal Execution
  • Partner with enterprise sales and account teams to identify, qualify, and pursue strategic opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor during complex client engagements, helping shape solution strategies and strengthen competitive positioning.


Contribute to Solution Development and Commercialization
  • Partner with practice leaders, architects, and delivery teams to develop repeatable offerings, implementation frameworks, accelerators, and managed services that improve delivery effectiveness and create differentiated client value.


Align Sales and Delivery Excellence
  • Work closely with delivery leadership to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with implementation approaches, governance models, staffing strategies, and client success objectives that support sustainable growth.


Client Advisory and Relationship Management
  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors to support business process modernization, operational improvement initiatives, and digital transformation programs.


Business Transformation Consulting
  • Support clients in modernizing business processes and operating models through workflow automation, intelligent process orchestration, low-code technologies, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.


Strategic Solution Development
  • Translate business challenges into practical, scalable automation solutions that drive efficiency, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.


Strategic Partner and Alliance Engagement
  • Collaborate with technology partners and alliance teams to strengthen relationships, support co-selling activities, identify growth opportunities, and enhance market visibility for Process Automation offerings.


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in enterprise software, intelligent automation, digital transformation, consulting, or related disciplines, including leadership responsibilities for teams, programs, or business initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success contributing to the growth and development of consulting practices, service lines, solution portfolios, or strategic business initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise automation platforms such as ServiceNow, Appian, Pega, or related workflow and orchestration technologies.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, solution development, business development, and strategic growth programs within a consulting or technology services environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled automation, workflow orchestration, low-code platforms, process intelligence, and operational transformation.
  • Experience building and managing strategic technology partnerships and alliance relationships.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support complex transformation initiatives across business and technology teams.
  • Experience contributing to pipeline development, revenue growth, and market expansion efforts in a professional services or consulting organization.
  • Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities, governance considerations, risk management, and responsible adoption practices.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584 to $209,800. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
