MULTIPLE POSITIONS
Associate Vice President- Business Development : Job Duties: Understand and interpret client requirements/RFQ and map them to KPIT offerings/competencies. Identify and propose offers to align with the client's technology roadmap and requirements. Achieve agreed-on AOP targets/goals. Collaborate with SMEs, Delivery, Pre-Sales, and leaders for planning and developing profitable and winnable client propositions. Identify and access opportunities, building & maintaining a healthy pipeline, pursuing and being part of the complete lifecycle until projects are won. Build client confidence, understand, and map the client organization. Build and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders like department heads, managers, and influencers. Align and collaborate with various practice teams to help expand offerings within the client organization. Engage in market analysis, forecasting, risk assessment, and reporting. Track and monitor timely billing and revenue collection. Monitor the competition and maintain contacts with all relevant internal client departments and teams. Provide feedback to improve KPIT's offerings based on clients' needs/market challenges, technological trends, etc.
Requirements: Master's or equivalent in Engineering (any field), Business, or related, and 4 years of experience with technical sales of engineering services or solutions within the automotive industry . In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the above-stated occupations. Additionally, all candidates must have experience selling their company's proprietary solutions or offerings; managing and growing revenue; and selling engineering services to automotive "OEMs" and "Tier 1s". Position is based out of 21333 Haggerty Road, Suite 100, Novi, MI 48375, and is subject to relocation to various unanticipated locations in the US. Remote work is permitted from anywhere in the US. Frequent travel to various customer locations within the US as per business need is required.
