Thrive Falcon is looking for a f ull- t ime Veterinarian to join our team in Katy, TX .

You're an experienced small animal veterinarian who values high-quality medicine, continuity of care, and strong client relationships. You enjoy building lasting relationships with pet families and becoming a trusted part of the local community. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a collaborative environment where your clinical experience, confidence, and commitment to excellent patient care are valued. This is an opportunity to bring your experience to a well-established practice while continuing to grow as both a veterinarian and a leader.

Our progressive compensation model includes competitive base salaries with production compensation opportunities - plus, no negative accrual .

You're willing and able to uphold high standards of medical excellence, collaborate with the team, and provide compassionate, relationship-based primary care for cats and dogs.

We're a small animal primary care hospital located in Katy, TX, serving Katy, Houston, Brookshire, Fulshear, and Cypress. We provide wellness exams, preventive care, vaccines, spay and neuter procedures, and end-of-life services for cats and dogs. Our hospital offers a supportive team environment and a diverse primary care caseload, with a strong focus on continuity of care and high-quality medicine.

We are open Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, serving the Katy/Houston area.

Your Experience & Skills
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
  • Previous experience practicing small animal general medicine is strongly preferred; we are seeking a confident, experienced veterinarian who can contribute to the team from day one.
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
