Responsibilities Include

As an Associate Veterinarian at Grays Harbor Veterinary Services, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop lasting relationships with clients, pets, and families within the Grays Harbor community
• Provide comprehensive preventive, medical, and surgical care to companion animals
• Diagnose and manage a diverse caseload ranging from routine wellness to complex medical cases
• Work up cases using in-house diagnostics, digital imaging, and ultrasound
• Perform surgery and dentistry based on your experience and clinical interests
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on challenging cases and treatment decisions
• Educate clients and help them make informed, practical decisions about their pets' care
• Partner with an experienced veterinary support team to provide compassionate, efficient patient care
• Become a trusted veterinary resource within a community that truly values its local veterinary team

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Active Washington veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure before starting
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach to patient care
• Interest in practicing broad, well-rounded veterinary medicine
• Commitment to continued learning and professional development

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
