  • Develop and deliver high-quality software features that improve customer experiences across Literal's SaaS product portfolio.

  • Contribute to the stability, performance, and reliability of applications byidentifyingissues and implementing effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Quality Engineering teams to turn customer and business needs into impactful product capabilities.

  • Improve code quality and maintainability through testing, peer reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 02 years of software engineering experience, including internships, academic projects, or professional experience.

  • Proficiencyin at least one modern programming language such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.

  • Foundational understanding of software development principles, object-oriented design, and version control systems such as Git.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communicationskills, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm for learningnew technologiesin an AI-first engineering environment.

Nice to Haves:

  • Exposure to full-stack web development using .NET/C#, REST APIs, or similar modern application frameworks.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

  • Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar coding assistants.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $125,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
