About the Role at Alloy Therapeutics
This role will report to a Scientist in the in vitro discovery and optimization team, with autonomy owning various stakeholders, projects, and tasks in a dynamic start-up environment while keeping up the pace of Alloy.

How You'll Drive Impact
  • Advance antibody discovery and optimization efforts through innovative in vitro strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality experimental data supporting lead identification and engineering.
  • Manage multiple projects with scientific rigor and organizational efficiency.
  • Support high velocity workflows utilizing multi-disciplinary techniques.
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Contribute to Alloy's culture of innovation and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with yeast/phage/mammalian display platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and contribute to multiple projects in parallel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively in collaborative settings.
  • Preferred experience with:
    • Flow cytometry
    • Cell culture
    • NGS sequencing
    • High-throughput screening
