Are you an experienced recruitment leader ready to drive business growth while developing high-performing teams?

We're seeking an Associate Sales Team Manager to join our Progressive Southwest Team. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, maintain your own business contribution, and empower a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional results for clients and candidates across specialist STEM markets.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged and productive sales team.
