SUMMARYThe Associate Project Manager, Facilities supports the planning, coordination, and execution of facility -related projects across a portfolio of properties. This role partners with Facilities, Asset Management, Capital, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The position is ideal for an early-career project manager seeking hands-on experience in facilities management, capital projects, and operational improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in managing facility projects such as repairs, equipment replacements, and minor improvements.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice review, and change order documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and reports.
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation from initiation through close-out.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables; escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Partner with Facilities and Operations teams to prioritize project needs and minimize operational disruptions.
- Support site walks, condition assessments, and punch list completion.
- Provide administrative support and other assigned tasks as needed.

TRAVEL- This role will be expected to travel regularly between multiple project sites.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, facilities, construction, or operations
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) knowledge or experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATIONSalaries may vary by location. The range for this role in these markets is $75,000 - $100,000 plus bonus. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to, the relevant market and the skill, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
