Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and technology needs.
- Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for technology projects.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Technical Understanding & Solutioning:
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and translated into technical solutions.
- Possess a deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, APIs, and database management.
- Analyze existing systems and recommend technical improvements or integrations.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive decision-making and solution design.
Testing & Implementation Support:
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases and ensuring business requirements are met.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation.
- Ensure smooth transition from development to production with proper documentation and training.
QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: 8-12 years as a BA/PO in a technology-driven environment.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development, databases, APIs, cloud computing, and system integration.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both business and technical teams.
- Tools & Technologies: Experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies, API documentation (Postman, Swagger), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments with product owners, developers, and testers.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics projects is a plus.
- Certifications like CBAP, CSPO, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
Additional InformationSalary Range: $135K - $150K Gross (base+bonuses) + standard Nagarro Benefits
