About the TeamDoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help build our DashPass subscription business. DashPass is DoorDash's fastest growing and highest priority areas, which means you'll influence some of the key parts of our subscriber's experience, generate key insights and test new products. About the RoleThe Strategy & Operations Associate, DashPass role is for truth seekers who enjoy solving complex problems, work across the organization, and execute to bring strategies to life. You will lead the strategy development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives. On a typical day, you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments to improve subscriber retention, dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail or metric trends, think up new ideas and translate them into an actionable test, and make sure we never stop learning & executing.
Our best Strategy & Operations Senior Associates are motivated, analytical, creative and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. We are currently operating in a hybrid model, some time in-office and some time remote but it is quite flexible!

We're excited about you because... - You have 1-3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth or other related areas.
- You have analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking.
- You have a track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment
- You excel both as a generalist and specialist who can build the overarching strategy and dive deep into specific issues and processes to drive continuous improvement.
- You are biased toward action and have a track record of leading initiatives that evolved a part of business
- You bring structure, organization, and focus to your work and work with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, marketing, finance, and legal.
- You have a BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields.
CompensationThe successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$74,800-$110,000 USD
