The ideal candidate is an outstanding legal writer, an assertive advocate in depositions and court hearings, and a strategic thinker eager to drive cases to settlement or trial.

Qualifications
• License: Active, good-standing member of the California State Bar (Required).
• Experience: 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, with direct experience in California Employment Law (FEHA, Labor Code, Wage & Hour, PAGA) strongly preferred.
• Litigation Skills: Proven track record taking/defending depositions, handling contested court hearings, and drafting high-level pleadings/oppositions.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern case management software, e-filing systems, and legal research tools.
• Attributes: Exceptional legal research/writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong drive to advocate for workers' rights.
