This position is for a transactional attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its expanding business. The role requires practical, timely advice on a broad spectrum of legal issues such as contract negotiation and drafting, counseling our business colleagues on contract compliance and risks, drafting and maintaining cor-porate governance documents and policies, and any other topics needed by the business. The new hire will be part of a successful legal team, reporting to the Senior Counsel, Complex Transactions, and will use their legal skills to contribute to the operations of the business.
This position requires working on site in our Somerset, NJ location on Tuesday and Thursday.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $104,000 and $116,000 annual; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
