Associate - Intellectual Property Litigation

Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, a leading Delaware law firm with a diverse business practice, is seeking an Intellectual Property associate to join our General Litigation practice group. Our associates handle sophisticated, fast-paced cases that are professionally challenging and rewarding.

Who You Are
• Attorney with 3-5 years of IP litigation experience
• Admitted to the Delaware bar, or willing to take the Delaware bar exam
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communicator, both with writing and oral advocacy
• Strong project manager with solid judgment and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do
• Work collaboratively with other lawyers, clients and business professionals to support and develop innovative case strategies to achieve the most favorable outcomes
• Draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on complex matters
• Cultivate and maintain strong internal and external client relationships by providing support, advice, and addressing concerns promptly and with the utmost professionalism
