Full Job Description
Young Conaway is seeking a mid-level associate to join its expanding Corporate Litigation and Counseling practice.

Associates will work on a wide variety of complex and challenging matters including M&A litigation, derivative suits, control disputes, alternative entity disputes, earnout disputes and proceedings brought pursuant to Delaware statutory provisions, primarily in the Court of Chancery, but also in other Delaware state and federal courts. Ideal candidates should have experience in all phases of litigation, including motion practice, oral advocacy and eDiscovery. Delaware bar admission is preferred, but candidates willing to take the Delaware Bar Exam will also be considered.
