- Support projects from brief through final delivery, progressively taking ownership of assigned workstreams across internal-facing initiatives and external or public-facing executions
- Coordinate day-to-day production activities, including schedules, budgets, estimates, reporting, billing, meetings, reviews, approvals, asset tracking, and final delivery
- Build knowledge of agency production capabilities, client businesses, channel requirements, AI platforms and other fast-developing technologies, and industry best practices

- Research production approaches, partners, talent, locations, platforms, formats, and emerging technologies to support each project
- Support and produce internal and lower-complexity projects, including case studies, pitch content, mood films, photography, social assets, digital experiences, interactive prototypes, voiceovers, audio, and small shoots
- When appropriate, support AI-assisted image and video creation by developing and refining prompts, generating assets, and helping move work from initial exploration through editing, finishing, and delivery within established production workflows and quality standards
- Test relevant generative AI models and features, share practical findings with the team, and help identify responsible, useful applications for active production work
- Help maintain consistency across connected deliverables by tracking specifications, dependencies, approvals, usage, and versioning across channels
- Adhere to established administrative systems, financial controls, rights and usage requirements, responsible AI practices, and agency production best practices
Basic Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production or a related field. Experience should include:

Preferred Qualifications- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and adapt production plans in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, business, technical, and production teams
