Our Washington, D.C. office is seeking experienced associate attorneys with proven advocacy skills and a strong academic record. An ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of litigation experience. Priority consideration will be given for attorneys with healthcare fraud and abuse experience, work experience at a U.S. Attorney's Office or the U.S. Department of Justice, and/or federal judicial clerkship experience. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction in good standing required. Salary for this position, if located in our Washington, D.C. office, will be in the range of $260,000-$390,000. This is a salary range and actual salary will be determined based on the experience of the candidate.
