Responsibilities
Manage a family law caseload from filing through resolution, with partner oversight
Appear at RFOs, DVRO hearings, settlement conferences, and trials in Riverside County Superior Court
Handle complex property issues including business valuation and support based on non-W-2 income
Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery
Collaborate with forensic accountants, 730 evaluators, and vocational experts
Communicate with clients clearly and promptly throughout their case

Responsibilities
What You Will Do • Manage a family law caseload from filing through resolution, with partner oversight • Appear at RFOs, DVRO hearings, settlement conferences, and trials in Riverside County Superior Court • Handle complex property issues: business valuation, characterization, tracing, and support based on non-W-2 income • Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery • Work with forensic accountants, 730 evaluators, and vocational experts • Communicate with clients clearly and promptly throughout their case
