About the RoleAs an
Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships, you will support the day-to-day management of our merchant partners and help them grow with DoorDash. This role offers the opportunity to get in at the ground floor of one of DoorDash's fastest-growing new bets, focused on parcel logistics, and to operate at a startup pace with the backing of an established public company. You will report to the
Associate Manager of Emerging Retail Partnerships within our Merchant Business Development organization and work closely with account leads and teams across the company.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...- Own relationships with leading enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics providers. Be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, build a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges, and develop creative solutions that drive step-change growth for DoorDash.
- Lead the conversation. Run merchant calls and business reviews, own the follow-up, and build the presentations and materials that tell the story of the account.
- Turn insights into growth. Resolve issues using established processes and internal resources, raise concerns early with the facts and a suggested next step, and use playbooks and merchant data to flag negative trends and spot growth opportunities.
- Flex your negotiating skills. Support upsells, cross-sells, expansions, launches and renewals that create mutually beneficial outcomes for partners and DoorDash. Use your product knowledge and market feedback to help shape the roadmap and go-to-market strategy for one of DoorDash's most exciting new bets, and to inform growth and revenue goals.
- Learn fast and be seen. Work with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance, get regular visibility with DoorDash leadership, and have room to grow your career quickly.

- You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Nice to Have- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience in the retail, logistics or parcel industry.
- Fast-paced or startup experience, including working on a fast-growing product that is still taking shape.
CompensationActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

See below for paid time off details:
- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$78,600-$115,500 USD
