SummaryThe Associate Division Lead will serve as operational arm of the Division Leader, managing
resources across Regions and managing administration within Regions. Manage Client
Relationship Managers and Financial Planning Managers in the Division, with input from
Regional Directors and central teams, ensuring that regional needs are met and that teams
are appropriately leveraging resources and best practices developed by functional teams.
Act as key communicator and culture carrier for the Division, facilitating a unified business
in the Division, galvanized around a shared vision, strategy, and goals. Support the Division
Leader (DL) with in-Division Partnership Integration activities, serving as a point of contact
for smaller integrations where appropriate.
Duties and Responsibilities- Strategy & Planning: Work with the Division Leader to develop strategy & business plan; support & monitor execution.
- Operations & Administrative: Support DLs with hiring and resource allocation, team management, and day-to-day operations, including expense management, event coordination & management; resolve day-to-day escalations
- People Management: Manage Planning and Client Services teams, including PTO approvals, conflict resolution, performance management, hiring/recruitment; Support RD's in managing Advisor teams including coordinating new advisor onboarding.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure Divisional adherence to global policies; Represent Division on internal working groups as needed.
- Partnership Integration: Act as a local point of contact for Partnership Integration activities; support local teams through the Integration process.
Qualifications- Proven ability in team and people management, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
- Skilled in project management and highly organized in administrative and operational execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate executive communication, leadership acumen.
- Experienced working cross-functionally across departments to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Adept at influencing others to gain buy-in and support.
- Background in sales management with a focus on performance and relationship building.
$145,000 - $220,000 a year
