KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Product Management to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization to lead the KPMG Workbench AI platform.
Responsibilities:- Define and execute the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the KPMG Workbench AI gateway, aligning business objectives with emerging AI capabilities across providers like Azure, Google, and Anthropic
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to deployment and iterative enhancement, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, cost efficiency, and global scalability across 140 countries
- Serve as the central liaison between executive leadership, global business stakeholders, and engineering teams, translating strategic organizational goals into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with engineering and DevOps teams to prioritize the product backlog, orchestrate release cycles, and oversee platform operational health, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure strategy
- Drive developer-centric initiatives to accelerate platform usability and adoption, leading the creation of robust technical documentation, client libraries, and seamless onboarding workflows for thousands of global developers
- Own product marketing and communications including roadmap transparency, release notes, and SharePoint content while leveraging data-driven platform metrics (adoption, performance, cost) to guide roadmap prioritization and demonstrate business value
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:- Minimum eight years of recent experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-scale technical platforms or complex software products; minimum two years of recent experience in the AI/ML space, with a strong understanding of concepts such as generative AI, RAG, large language models (LLMs), and MLOps
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university or MBA is a plus; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required
- Deep familiarity with cloud-native architectures, API-first design principles, and modern DevOps practices; hands-on experience with platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly technical environment, effectively communicating with engineers about architecture, microservices, and infrastructure while translating these concepts for a business audience
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, build consensus among stakeholders, and present a compelling product vision to executives; Experience with product marketing and communications, including managing content on platforms like SharePoint and drafting release announcements
