Associate Director M&AManaging the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.Reviewing and preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.Taking responsibility for key internal M&A processes.Taking a significant role in the training and development of junior team membersAs a key team member, you can add value through the entire M&A cycle, working with a driven, high-energy M&A team and senior leaders within our organization.Job Responsibilities:- Engaging with acquisition targets' shareholders, executives and financial advisors
- Evaluating the quality of prospective vertical-market software acquisitions
- Organizing, analyzing and presenting preliminary information received from potential acquisition targets
- Building valuation models to determine the price and structure of potential offers
- Conducting financial and operational due diligence, with varying levels of involvement across due diligence activities of cross-functional teams, including specialists in human resources, research and development, tax and legal departments
- Preparing investment memorandums, discussing the investment rationale and strategy for the business post-closing, and
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired businesses and the tracking of post-closing performance.
