The RoleYour roleAs a Creative Technologist, you will sit at the intersection of creativity, technology, and experience design, turning ideas into tangible digital experiences that help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Kyndryl solutions. This role blends hands-on prototyping with strategic collaboration, translating concepts into working demonstrations, interactive content, and scalable experience assets. You will balance experimentation with delivery, spending time both building and refining solutions and partnering with marketers, designers, and technologists to bring them to life.
What you will do- Design and build interactive prototypes, demos, and experiential assets that clearly demonstrate technology value to customers
- Translate creative concepts into functional technical solutions using web, immersive, or emerging technologies
- Partner with brand, content, experience design, and technical teams to shape end-to-end digital experiences
- Evaluate and apply new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance storytelling and engagement
- Develop proof-of-concepts that can be reused, scaled, or adapted across campaigns, events, and platforms
- Document technical approaches and reusable components to support consistency and future adoption
- Support customer-facing moments such as events, briefings, and showcases with reliable, production-ready experiences
- Balance exploratory work with delivery, moving ideas from experimentation to execution

Who You AreRequired skills and experience- Hands-on experience building interactive digital experiences, prototypes, or demonstrations
- Working knowledge of front-end or experience-focused technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or comparable frameworks
- Experience translating creative or design concepts into functional technical outputs
- Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and engineers to deliver shared outcomes
- Experience using prototyping or creative technology tools such as WebGL, AR/VR, game engines, or no-code platforms
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts through demos, visuals, or working examples
- Experience managing multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability
Preferred skills and experience- Experience supporting customer-facing experiences such as events, showcases, or executive briefings
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and inclusive experience practices
- Experience working in enterprise or B2B technology environments
- Exposure to data-driven or AI-enabled experiences
- Background in creative agencies, innovation teams, or experience labs
Pay and Benefits The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $143,640 to $273,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

California (All Other): $158,040 to $300,360
Colorado: $143,640 to $273,000
Massachusetts/ Virginia: $143,640 to $300,360
New York City: $172,440 to $327,600
Washington: $158,040 to $300,360
Washington DC: $158,040 to $300,360
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
