Responsibilities

External facing responsibilities:

Client Analytics Leadership
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's commercial strategy, therapeutic areas, competitive landscape, and business objectives across both HCP and DTC initiatives.
  • Serve as the day-to-day analytics lead supporting client discussions around campaign performance, measurement strategy, and optimization.
  • Ensure analytics outputs are translated into clear, compelling, and actionable business recommendations.
  • Present campaign performance reviews, measurement updates, QBRs, POVs, and strategic recommendations to client teams.

Measurement Strategy & Execution
  • Support the development and execution of integrated measurement plans across HCP and DTC campaigns.
  • Define KPIs aligned to business objectives including:
    • Qualified HCP reach
    • Audience quality
    • Patient engagement
    • NBRx and TRx performance
    • Brand adoption
    • Omnichannel engagement
  • Ensure campaign measurement aligns with commercial objectives and optimization opportunities.

Healthcare Analytics & Audience Intelligence
  • Partner with Audience Intelligence teams to support:
    • Physician-Level Data (PLD) analysis
    • Audience segmentation
    • HCP targeting
    • Patient journey analytics
    • Audience quality measurement
  • Help identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and media effectiveness.

Campaign Analytics & Optimization
  • Generate actionable insights using campaign performance, audience data, and business outcomes.

USD 120,000 - 140000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
