Full Job Description
Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing marketing, or advertising professional to play a key role in delivering transformation initiatives across some of our most strategic client engagements. Working alongside senior transformation leadership, you will help drive stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, adoption, and activation efforts across large-scale business and marketing transformation programs.

The successful candidate will act as a connector across clients, capabilities, and delivery teams, helping translate transformation objectives into practical actions, compelling communications, engaging learning experiences, and measurable adoption outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who has excelled within a marketing, advertising, or agency environment, and is looking to broaden their experience across multiple clients, fields, and transformation initiatives while developing expertise in transformation, change, communications, and adoption.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

You are a strong agency, marketing, or advertising services professional who enjoys bringing people, ideas, and capabilities together to drive meaningful outcomes. You are curious, collaborative, and comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. You enjoy solving complex challenges, creating clarity from ambiguity, and helping organizations adopt new ways of working. Most importantly, you can confidently move between stakeholder management, facilitation, communications planning, content development, and day-to-day client engagement while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Why This Role?

This role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple clients, functions, and transformation programs rather than remaining focused on a single account or discipline. You will gain exposure to communications, learning, change management, consulting, strategy, and organizational transformation while helping shape how change and transformation is delivered across strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of change, transformation and adoption strategies across client engagements
  • Build trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders, acting as a day-to-day partner across change, communications, and engagement activities
  • Partner with Communications, Learning & Development, Agency, Strategy, and Consulting teams to develop partner engagement and scaled adoption approaches
  • Translate transformation objectives into communication, learning, and content plans that drive awareness, understanding, capability building, and behavioral change
  • Coordinate the development of communications, learning programs, engagement activities, and supporting content across multiple workstreams
  • Review and refine presentations, communications, learning materials, and other client-facing deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment
  • Develop compelling presentations, workshop materials, executive communications, and change recommendations
  • Facilitate partner workshops, working sessions, and discussions to drive alignment, engagement, and decision-making
  • Identify partner challenges, adoption risks, and opportunities to strengthen program effectiveness
  • Support the development of repeatable tools, templates, and guidelines that help scale transformation delivery across clients and teams

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising functions, operating models, agency ecosystems, and industry terminology
  • Experience within marketing, advertising, media, agency, consulting, or client services environments
  • Experience supporting transformation, organizational change, communications, learning, adoption, or business improvement initiatives
  • Experience developing or coordinating communications, content, learning, and engagement programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
  • Experience influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation development, and executive communication capabilities
  • Ability to move comfortably between critical thinking and hands-on execution
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
