What you’ll be doing…
As an Associate Director - Systems Analysis, you will lead a team of principal engineers developing and delivering new products & capabilities for the Verizon Value Organization (VVO). Additionally, you’ll be the glue across various business, technical, and external teams to ensure that the design & requirements will meet or surpass desired business outcomes. You’ll also be partnering closely with VVO Agents, National Retailers and vendors in the Indirect channel.
Lead and develop a team of principal engineers, guiding them to help create requirements and business cases to support the development of new product builds & enhancements
Serve as the directly responsible individual for systems vendor management & integration planning
Manage a multi-year roadmap for technology solutions & product enhancements
Develop both internal and external communications for enhancements and updates, collaborating closely with Sales Operations teams
Balance stakeholder needs against short/medium/long term strategic business objectives
Own the development of detailed architectural and user-experience requirements for proposed enhancements; including (but not limited to) opening Jira user stories, requirements gathering/vetting, stakeholder reviews, story grooming, and testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in technical and non-technical roles, using Agile principles to achieve results quickly and solve short-term & long-term solutions
Ensure that Value Indirect systems are able to support and help exceed KPI targets set by the business
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to develop best in class in-store hardware/software solutions
Lead the development and management of multiple business platforms including CRM, product catalog, and point of activation
Identify opportunities to streamline and reimagine products to optimize the customer and partner experience
Maintain positive, productive relationships with multiple external partners/vendors
Pull in the right people to build working teams, identify requirements, and ensure successful and efficient execution

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four years of comparable work experience.
Eight or more years of relevant work experience
Experience managing complex programs and projects with technical and system requirements
Experience working in and supporting any Consumer customer-facing channels such as Indirect, Retail, Digital, Customer Service, and/or Inside Sales
Proven ability to build strong relationships, navigate cross-functional dynamics, and influence key stakeholders and senior leadership using data and strategic expertise
Proficient with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Asana and Slack
Even better if you have one or more of the following:Experience managing Agent, National Retail, and vendor partners, as well as experience in the Value segment.
Strong business acumen, with broad understanding of business operations
Ability to facilitate collaborative resolution of differences with a “win-win” approach
Experience managing API integrations
Keen understanding of emerging technologies that affect store operations and customer experience
Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Systems of Insight, Graphic User Interface Development and Deployment, Machine Learning and Robotic Processing
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $126,000.00 - $242,000.00.
