What you'll be doing...As a leader within our Broadband Channel organization, you will direct a team of Channel Sales Client Executives responsible for the sales execution and operational health of our third-party partners. You will direct a team of Client executives focused on achieving and exceeding partner sales targets. Your team manages the day to day support of our Door-to-Door partners, selling a converged portfolio of Fios, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), Mobility and Frontier.
You will act as the architect of "Quality Growth," ensuring that the aggressive volume driven by our partners is sustainable, compliant, and customer-centric. You are a trusted advisor to C-suite partner leadership and a high-level advocate for your team, removing internal roadblocks and aligning local execution with national SMB strategy.
- Leading a Team of Experts: Directing a team of Client Executives who provide the "direct, hands-on" management for the Door-to-Door Program.
- Driving Strategic Sales Execution: Translating high-level KPIs into actionable sales plays. You ensure your team is effectively training partners on converged solutions (Wireless +Fiber) and mastering the "pivot" to solution-selling.
- Executive Partner Stewardship: Partnering closely with the Strategy team to lead weekly performance assessments and quarterly reviews with partner executives. These sessions focus on synchronizing investment, staffing levels, and overall growth goals.
- Operational Grit & Escalation Management: Serving as the final point of escalation for complex operational friction points-such as fraud holds, credit adjustments, and "orders in jeopardy"-while leveraging your network to streamline internal processes.
- Quality & Compliance Oversight: Ensuring your team maintains high standards for "Quality Growth," auditing partner orders, and mitigating cancellations through data-driven gap analysis.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Developing your Client Executives to be high-achieving sales professionals who can lead by example, hop on partner calls, and provide "in the field" collaboration.
What we're looking for...You are a results-driven sales leader who possesses the rare "sales mentality" required to drive massive volume, but the strategic depth to ensure that volume is high-quality. You are as comfortable discussing high-level strategy with executives as you are diving into CRM data to solve a systemic order-flow issue. You thrive on the challenge of managing third-party relationships where influence is your primary tool for action.
