Implement policies and procedures necessary to achieve departmental short- and long-range goals and objectives. Education & Experience Education and Experience Required: Degree (Associate’s or Bachelor's) and three (3) years of work experience in clinical operations, including one (1) year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Responsibilities - Directs the day-to-day clinical operations to effectively support the needs of providers, staff, and customers; to meet HR goals and objectives for staff satisfaction, recruitment, and retention. Develops policies and procedures and monitors quality and quantity of workflow to ensure that work is completed; monitors quality of department operations and recommends changes as needed to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. - Manages employees to include work allocation, quality, compliance, training, scheduling, evaluation, and problem resolution to promote harmony among the team. - Implements organizational policies and procedures to accomplish departmental priorities and long-range goals in a proactive and timely manner. - Maintains sufficient equipment and inventory levels; ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of supplies and equipment that promotes efficiency and an environment of quality patient care. - Prepares reports and maintains applicable records and files in support of quality patient care, personnel management and appropriate reimbursement. - The duties listed are general in nature and are examples of the duties and responsibilities performed and are not meant to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.
