About the RoleAs Pallet scales with mid-market and enterprise customers, deployments need to be clear, organized, and deeply customer-aware. Customers are adopting AI agents in real operational workflows, which means the details matter: requirements, edge cases, stakeholder alignment, change management, testing, and go-live support.
The Associate Deployment Strategist helps own customer deployments from discovery and workflow design through execution, launch, and ongoing success. You'll work closely with customers, Agent Delivery Engineers, Product, Sales, and Success to turn messy real-world processes into reliable AI agent workflows.
This is a client-facing, high-growth role for someone early in their career who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. You'll primarily support mid-market deployments, own day-to-day customer coordination, and partner with senior team members on larger or more complex accounts.
Why This Role Is DifferentYou won't inherit a fully built playbook; you'll help create it. This role sits at the center of customer deployment, product feedback, and operational execution. You'll work directly with customers, learn how AI agents are deployed in mission-critical workflows, and help shape how Pallet scales implementation across a growing customer base.
