Full Job Description
We are seeking multiple highly qualified candidates, including junior associates with one (1) to two (2) years of experience and mid-level associates with four (4) to six (6) years of experience, to join our growing debt finance team in our Chicago or Nashville office. Candidates must have private equity debt finance experience. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team that values associate development and mentorship, while contributing to a dynamic and rapidly expanding law practice. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as excellent academic credentials. Salary for this position, if located in our Chicago office, will be in the range of $235,000 - $420,000. This is a salary range, and actual salary will be determined based on the experience of the candidate.
