ABOUT THE TEAM

We build robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. At a time when air superiority can no longer be taken for granted, the Air Defense team provides mission critical capabilities to warfighters. From detection to tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat, our family of networked sensors and effectors enables our customers to rapidly close the kill chain against a broad range of UAS threats. Working across product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success, the Air Defense team develops, tests, deploys, and sustains the Anduril Air Defense Family of Systems (FoS) in challenging operational environments worldwide.
ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for anAssociate, Business & Revenue Operationsto join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support our growth and business operations teams. You will own the data hygiene that backs our growth pipeline and generate critical analyses that directly impact the Business Line's economics.

This will require strong analytical skills, a knack for process improvement, and experience working with cross-functional teams. You will be expected to take ownership of workstreams, form a point of view, and back it up with data. If you are someone who wants real responsibility early, takes initiative, and thrives in a high-growth, fast changing environment, then this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes that support how the Business Line runs.
  • Develop bespoke analyses and associated operating rhythms to support improvement in data accuracy and reporting.
  • Partner directly with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations to manage dynamic changes to forecast. Iterate and improve process for data management and hygiene.
  • Work directly with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights that inform leadership decisions. Turn unclear or messy problems into structured insights and clear recommendations.
  • Prepare concise, high-quality materials for leadership reviews.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have 2+ years of experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role.
  • High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data.
  • Ability to move between details and the big picture as needed.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Salesforce data environments.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry, Looker/Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.


US Salary Range

$112,000-$149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
