As an Associate Business Analyst within the Client Platforms team, you will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting the delivery of solutions that enhance the client experience.
You will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, assessing processes, identifying opportunities and risks, and contributing to solution design and delivery. Working closely with product managers, business owners and technology partners, you will help prioritise and implement enhancements across the client platform landscape.
This is a hands-on role with exposure to a broad range of technologies and senior stakeholders, offering the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Salary range for this position: $145,000-$165,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. - 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within an agile or product-led environment, ideally in financial services or a regulated industry, with an understanding of risk and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document and manage business requirements across the full delivery lifecycle, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams, including senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and experience supporting delivery within cross-functional or global teams
- Exposure to client-facing platforms or technologies (e.g. Salesforce, RocketDocs, Seismic, JIRA), with a proactive mindset, adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning
