Associate Attorney - Transactional

F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a lateral Transactional Attorney in our Sacramento office who would like to help K-12 schools and community colleges navigate the broad range of operational legal issues they encounter.

The incumbent would provide transactional support on a broad range of substantive legal issues. Examples include real estate transactions, leases, public contracting matters, construction procurement, disputes, and a wide range of contract negotiations.

We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills and 3-10+ years of practice experience.. Candidates must be members of the State Bar of California.

This position's reasonably expected base salary range is $130,000 - $190,000 per year (DOE). The actual base salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience.
