Full Job Description
We are seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience. We are looking for an attorney who thinks strategically, writes concisely, and wants to be a better lawyer. We handle business and civil litigation in state and federal courts which includes banking, real estate disputes, partnership disputes, business disputes, and secured lending litigation. We need to add a few more attorneys to handle our growing client portfolio.

Highlights of the position:
  • Collaborative team culture.
  • Manage your own small caseload with supervision.
  • Handle the cases from start to finish to continue to develop your skills.
  • Significant client interaction.
  • Generous bonus structure.
  • Total of $50,000 in signing bonuses. Signing bonus of $25,000 payable on first paycheck and second $25,000 bonus payable after 6 months of employment. Bonuses returnable if candidate does not complete one year of employment.

Requirements:
  • Must have 4yr+ in litigation experience.
  • Must have excellent research and writing skills.
  • A self-motivated, highly determined individual with strong organization and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and strive to complete tasks from start to finish.
  • Member of the California Bar in good standing.
  • Submit a writing sample.
