Segal McCambridge, a national litigation firm with four decades of trial experience, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation practice. This role will be hybrid in the Charlotte, NC metro area and will support a multi-state litigation practice.
This is a hands-on opportunity for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, sophisticated case work, and direct mentorship from experienced trial lawyers. Associates are integral members of the litigation team and are trusted with real ownership of their cases from day one.
The Practice
You will defend a wide range of high-exposure general liability matters, including:
Premises liability
Product liability
Wrongful death
Construction liability
Governmental and municipality liability
Commercial litigation
Real Estate litigation
Healthcare liability
Other complex civil litigation matters
Ideal Candidates
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:
2-7 years of general liability defense experience
Active North Carolina (required) and/or South Carolina (preferred) bar license (additional state licenses a plus)
