Associate Attorney to join our
General Liability Practice Group in our
San Francisco office. This is a unique opportunity to gain meaningful litigation experience on high-stakes cases while working alongside nationally recognized trial attorneys.

The OpportunityAt Segal McCambridge, associates are not siloed or relegated to support roles. As a key member of our team, you'll work on a wide variety of complex civil defense matters, including:
- Catastrophic injury
- Product liability
- Wrongful death
- Premises and habitability claims
- Warranty and other high-exposure litigation
From day one, you'll receive hands-on experience: drafting pleadings, arguing motions, conducting depositions, managing discovery, and appearing in court. You'll be mentored by experienced partners and given room to grow in a supportive, high-performance environment.

What We're Looking For- Active license to practice law in California
- At least 3 years of experience in civil defense litigation
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
- Experience drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and managing motion practice
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
