Responsibilities• Manage family law cases: divorce, custody, child support, protective orders, and more.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court.
• Build thorough case strategy grounded in complete legal and factual analysis.
• Counsel clients with clarity and honesty.
• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team.
Qualifications• Licensed in Maryland - 2+ years of litigation experience. DC license a plus.
• Family Law background and experience.
• Confident in the courtroom. Precise with the pen. Clear with clients.
• The kind of attorney who goes further than required and can be counted on completely.
• Organized, emotionally intelligent, and level-headed under pressure.
