A North Miami-based Business Litigation Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its collaborative and growing commercial litigation team. This firm represents businesses, investors, and individuals in complex legal matters primarily in various commercial litigation, financial services, and real estate disputes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of complex business litigation experience
• Prepare and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, discovery, and motions
• Attend and argue hearings, motions, and depositions
• Experience practicing in state and federal courts
• Ability to conduct in-depth legal research, handle heavy document review
• Excellent writing and analytical skills are required
• Must have incredible communication skills, develop strong client relationships, and be able to collaborate with a team.
