  • Scale the renewals process by architecting accurate quotes and opportunities across a targeted global portfolio.
  • Drive operational excellence by collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure 100% contract accuracy and compliance.
  • Maximize customer retention by proactively managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle within your assigned territory.
  • Optimize Salesforce data integrity to provide real-time visibility into renewal health and territory performance.
  • Accelerate business growth by identifying expansion opportunities and providing actionable insights during the renewal cycle leading with AI.
  • Streamline the customer experience by orchestrating high-touch communications and resolving complex back-office administrative tasks.
To be a Customer Retention Associate Account Manager in JFrog you need...
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in account management, renewals, or sales operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume portfolios and meeting tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex internal processes and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with both internal stakeholders and external customer liaisons.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER...
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $75,000 to $90,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
