The impact you will have: As an Assistant Principal in San José Unified, you will play a key role in supporting a positive, inclusive, and academically focused school environment where all students can thrive. You will partner with the principal, staff, students, and families to promote strong instructional practices, a safe and supportive campus culture, and equitable outcomes for all learners. Through instructional leadership, student support, and effective school operations, you will help ensure every student has access to high-quality learning experiences while inspiring them to discover their own greatness.
