Job Title: Assistant Manager, Facilities Maintenance

FLSA Status: Exempt, Salaried

Location: New York, New York

Worksite Status:On-Site

We are looking for someone to become a member of our Facilities Maintenance team who is able to help lead the Trades team with field supervision, project scheduling and management, drive process efficiencies, internal/external communication, and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

What you will do:
  • Supervise daily field operations across maintenance trades, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and small projects from start to finish
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase repair efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors, including scheduling, scope review, and performance oversight
  • Communicate with residents, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Lead, coach, and support maintenance team members to drive accountability and results

  • 3-5+ years of Facilities and/or Project Management experience
  • Experience with maintenance related repairs in residential apartments
