Full Job Description
Responsible for close/forecast activities (60%) and P&A (40%) for the Brita Business Unit while working closely with finance & BU leadership and cross-functional partners.
In this role, you will:
• Responsible for all Close, Forecast and Gap Management Processes for the Brita SBU: ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables, provide accurate and clear analysis of business drivers, challenge assumptions and methodologies, identify risks and profit improvement opportunities, ensure proper financial controls, and drive accuracy in financial results.
• Identification and implementation of sustainable process improvement and value creation opportunities that eliminate non-value added work, enhance business insights, and improve our financial results.
• Finance Leader for Innovation and Strategic BU related projects
• Provide financial updates and analytical support to cross functional and SBU leadership teams.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills. Proven ability to improve processes, champion change, build partnerships and influence decisions

Workplace type:
This role is looking for the ideal candidate to be located out of one of the Clorox Hubs or is Remote. If within a Hub location, you will be in the office 3x per week, in accordance with Hybrid 2.0.
