Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Must hold a current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute settings.
Required prior experience in managing nursing staff.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local nursing regulations (CMS,NJDOH).
Lead all nursing personnel to meet established standards and practices for resident care quality.
Oversee MDS process, care planning, and ensure survey readiness.
Implement infection prevention and control measures.
Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the nursing staff.
Develop and implement compliance and quality improvement programs.
Conduct staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations.
