Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local nursing regulations (CMS,NJDOH).
  • Lead all nursing personnel to meet established standards and practices for resident care quality.
  • Oversee MDS process, care planning, and ensure survey readiness.
  • Implement infection prevention and control measures.
  • Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the nursing staff.
  • Develop and implement compliance and quality improvement programs.
  • Conduct staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations.
