Responsibilities:- Support nursing staff supervision, scheduling, and daily operations
- Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Assist with quality improvement and resident care initiatives
- Coach staff and help maintain nursing department standards
Qualifications:- Active RN license required
- Prior nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Salary: $110,000-$115,000 per year
