Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)AdviniaCare at Vinnin Square • Salem, MA • Full-Time What You'll Do- Partner with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the nursing department.
- Keep our nursing practices aligned with current federal, state, and local regulations so we're always survey-ready.
- Help develop, update, and maintain the policies and procedures that guide our nursing team.
- Make sure nurses have current, useful reference materials at the nurse's station, and recommend new resources that improve resident care.
- Help set nursing department goals and shape our philosophy of care.
- Contribute to the department's organizational structure and share recommendations with the Director on how to improve operations.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to keep quality of care at the highest level.
What You Bring- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility
- At least 6 months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing.
- A steady, supportive leadership style and a genuine commitment to resident well-being.
